As part of our team, you will perform tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, transportation, companionship, and support with daily activities, following care plans and agency policies to ensure high-quality, respectful care for each client.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Polish.
• Must pass agency exam with a score of 75% or higher.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal planning and meal preparation.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Assist with errands and transportation per care plan.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow the written care plan and agency policies.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities and care hours.
