Elgin is seeking compassionate Homemakers / Home Care Aides to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. You will provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and companionship under the agency care plan.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license and insurance, and bilingual English and Urdu. You will report to a supervisor and support clients with daily living activities with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual: English & Urdu.
• Must pass agency exam with a score of 75% or higher.

Responsibilities

• Assist with housekeeping duties and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and respite care.
• Escort clients to appointments and assist with errands as per care plan.
