YO AI Labs is seeking a Polish bilingual expert to join a remote language and AI training project. You will evaluate Polish audio content for nativeness, fluency, and linguistic quality, providing clear feedback.

No AI experience required; strong Polish and English writing and listening skills are essential. You will document evaluations in English and adhere to guidelines, deadlines, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Native Polish speaker with excellent written and spoken Polish.
• Proficient English writing and speaking at B2+ level.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot subtle linguistic differences.
• Clear written communication of evaluation results.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and evaluate content consistently.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Polish audio and judge nativeness, fluency, and overall linguistic quality.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and authenticity.
• Identify unnatural phrasing and language-specific issues.
• Document evaluations in English with detailed explanations.
• Follow guidelines and meet project deadlines.
