YO AI Labs is seeking Polish bilingual experts to contribute to an AI training project. You will evaluate Polish audio content, assess nativeness, fluency, pronunciation, and linguistic authenticity, and provide clear feedback in English.

No prior AI experience required; only native Polish proficiency, B2+ English, and meticulous attention to detail. You will work remotely, collaborate with coordinators, and help improve Polish-language understanding and generation.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Polish.
• B2+ proficiency in English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Polish audio clips and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and linguistic quality.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and authenticity.
• Identify subtle linguistic differences and unnatural phrasing.
• Document evaluations with clear English feedback and justifications.
• Follow established guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements.
• Provide linguistic insights to improve AI models' Polish-language understanding.
• Complete assigned audio review tasks accurately and within deadlines.
• Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail across evaluations.
