Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking Polish Bilingual Experts to contribute to an AI training project by evaluating Polish audio content and providing feedback on nativeness, fluency, and linguistic quality. You will document assessments in English, follow guidelines, and collaborate with project coordinators to resolve ambiguities while delivering high-quality language evaluations remotely.

No prior AI experience is required; strong Polish and English skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Polish.
• B2+ English proficiency.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and apply evaluation criteria consistently.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Listen to audio clips in Polish and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and overall linguistic quality.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and linguistic authenticity.
• Identify subtle linguistic differences, unnatural phrasing, pronunciation issues, and other language-specific characteristics.
• Document evaluations using clear and concise written feedback in English.
• Provide detailed explanations and justifications for evaluation decisions.
• Follow established guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards consistently.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguous language content.
• Provide linguistic insights to help improve AI models' Polish-language understanding and generation.
• Complete assigned audio review tasks accurately and within project deadlines.
• Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail across all evaluations.
