Job summary

The Corporate Energy Buyers Association (CEBA) seeks a Manager, Policy – Utility Partnerships & Innovation to drive national policy initiatives centered on activating utility programs for large-load customers. Remote work with leadership across policy, communications, and regional teams enables impactful collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in clean energy, policy, corporate sustainability or utilities.
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in a relevant field, or Master’s with 3+ years.
• Experience with regulatory processes and multi-stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to lead projects and mentor staff.
