KBR's Mission Technology Solutions unit seeks a Policy Team Lead to steer a team delivering policy support to the CIO for a government customer in the Northern Virginia area. You will manage contractors, oversee technical and administrative tasks, and brief leadership on progress and milestones.

Required candidates hold a current TS/SCI clearance, with four years of project management experience, and a background in preparing materials for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Current and active TOP SECRET / SCI clearance.
• Four years of experience as a project manager.
• Experience providing materials for senior leaders and executive briefings.
• Experience overseeing portfolio or program performance and resource planning.
• Experience with acquisition or procurement strategy including vendor management and licensing concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, software engineering, or related technical field with 8 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the execution of contractual, technical, engineering, programming, maintenance, and administrative efforts of the team.
• Brief leadership on program progress, status, and milestones.
• Be the primary interface with the customer on technical and project issues.
• Maintain awareness of the customer’s mission and any impacts to that mission.
