KBR seeks a CI Team Lead to manage a government IT/Counterintelligence program in the Northern Virginia area. You will lead a team of contractors, align IT/O&M efforts with mission priorities, and ensure milestones are met while interfacing with government leadership.

Responsibilities include directing technical and administrative activities, briefing progress to senior leaders, and maintaining a strong, compliant security posture.

Formación

• CURRENT and ACTIVE TOP SECRET / SCI security clearance.
• 8+ years of experience managing IT Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and related projects.
• Experience producing materials for senior leaders such as strategic papers, options analyses, and executive briefings.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, software engineering, or related technical field and 8 years of experience.
• High school diploma or GED and 12 years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, plan and direct the execution of contractual, technical, engineering, programming, maintenance, and administrative efforts.
• Brief leadership on program progress, status, and milestone achievement.
• Be the primary interface with the customer on technical and project issues; supervise and evaluate personnel.
