Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking an experienced Insurance Customer Service representative to support Farmers policy submissions, esign coordination, and paperwork gathering from clients. This is a non-remote, on-site role with a Mon-Fri schedule.

Main duties include submitting policies to Farmers, sending esigns, and contacting customers to obtain required documents. A P&C license is preferred, bilingual ability is a plus, and candidates must be able to type 60+ wpm and handle high workloads.

Qualifications

• Must have strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Typing speed 60+ wpm and comfortable with data entry.
• Willingness to learn, coachable and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Submitting policies to Farmers.

Responsibilities

Your job duties will include.:

• Submitting Policies to Farmers
• Sending Esigns
• Calling customers to acquire documentation
• Cancelling prior insurance carrier
• Billing services
• Scanning and Filing
• Any other administrative task as directed by management

**MUST complete the Assessment to be considered!

**NOT a remote position

Requirements

• P&C Insurance License is preferred (we will get you licensed if you are not already)
• Bilingual is beneficial
• Prior insurance agency experience is beneficial
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be coachable,and work under pressure!
• Professional phone etiquette and experience.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Be capable of handling customer rejection
• Must be skilled at typing (60+ wpm)
• Must enjoy talking with people and be confident on the phone
• Must be 18 or older (background check will be performed)
• Have no felonies
• Must have reliable transportation
• Preferably live in or near South Arlington 76017
• Must complete the online Assessment to be considered.
