Job summary

IQ Sig, LLC seeks a Strategic Analyst to support the Office of the Assistant Secretary of War for Special Operations & Low-Intensity Conflict (OASW(SO/LIC)) within the Strategy, Policy, and Future Concepts Directorate. You'll help develop policy, coordinate governance processes, and manage documentation supporting SO/LIC programs across force design and employment.

Requirements include 3+ years of strategic analysis in a military HQ at the 2-star level or higher, U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of strategic analysis experience in a military command/headquarters at the 2-star level or higher.
• U.S. citizen and possess an active TS clearance with the ability to obtain SCI.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. economics, operations research, systems engineering, data analytics, national security studies, military history, public policy/administration, international relations)
• At least one year of program and/or project management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to work well in team environments.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required.

Responsibilities

• Support development and analysis of DoW policy, guidance, strategy, and plans.
• Support the administrative program management lifecycle of planning, coordinating, executing, and documenting SO/LIC governance fora and staff working groups.
• Support the development, analysis, staff coordination, editorial review, management, and storage of written issuances, MOAs/MOUs, reports, and documents.
• Support the development, review, analysis, and coordination of SOF/joint concepts and wargames.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to contribute to development and execution of analysis of studies and strategic assessments; prepare and present study findings.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
