Job summary

JMark Services Inc. is hiring a Special Operations Support Policy Staff Officer II to provide essential assistance to the HUMINT & Sensitive Activities Directorate in Virginia. Ideal candidates will possess an active TS/SCI clearance and experience with Special Operations Forces.

The role involves coordinating sensitive initiatives, conducting thorough research, and offering strategic policy recommendations. Strong analytical and communication skills are mandatory, alongside the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Special Operations Forces (SOF) and/or clandestine operations.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing policy and providing strategic recommendations.
• Experience preparing executive-level briefings, staff packages, and policy documentation preferred.

• Research and synthesize intelligence related to special operations.
• Prepare briefing packages and talking points for leadership.
