Job summary

Redhorse Corporation is seeking a Policy Analyst to support the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S)) Policy Office at the Pentagon. The role focuses on coordinating policy staff actions across the DoD and IC to align issuances with established standards.

You will evaluate policy documents, present findings, and help resolve issues in the issuance development process, contributing to a high-visibility, mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working within DoD coordinating issuances.
• Experience with the DoD Issuance Portal System and the USD(I&S) Policy Portal.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate policy staff actions across the DoD and IC.
• Coordinate SecDef and USD(I&S) issuances per DoDI 5025.01 with appropriate DoD coordination.
• Evaluate USD(I&S) policy documents for defense intelligence, CI, security, and law enforcement needs.
• Evaluate policy documents from other DoD components for equities and alignment.
• Ensure IC policies are reviewed by OUSD(I&S) staff and other DoD components with equities.
• Identify and resolve problems in issuance development; provide recommendations and briefings as required.
• Participate in inter-agency meetings to resolve coordination issues.
