Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in engineering, science, mathematics or related technical discipline (operations research).
• At least three years of related analysis experience.
• Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility, active TS/SCI preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated expertise with operations research, systems analysis and quantitative analytical methodologies.
• Scripting or programming experience (Python, R).

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative analyses of complex SOF manning, resourcing and equipping issues.
• Identify trends, risks, gaps and opportunities affecting mission performance.
• Develop recommendations based on analytical findings and research results.
• Conduct studies, modeling and simulation, war games and assessments of SOF force development.
• Support planning, programming, budgeting and execution activities.
• Assess alternative courses of action to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop analytical models and studies to support mission requirements.
• Interpret findings and translate technical information into actionable recommendations.
