Trans-City Casualty Insurance Company in Scottsdale is seeking a Policy Services Rep to handle policy processing and general office administration. This role focuses on data entry, issuing policies and endorsements, maintaining accurate policy records, and supporting audits.

This position offers growth opportunities and requires careful, organized individuals who thrive on steady, detailed work. No sales responsibilities are involved, and you will work full-time in our Scottsdale office.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of insurance processing, policy administration, or carrier/agency back-office experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and able to learn insurance systems.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage recurring deadlines without reminders.
• Professional phone and written communication skills.
• Able to work full-time in our Scottsdale office.

Responsibilities

• Issue new workers' compensation policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Enter and maintain policy data, payroll figures, and NCCI class codes.
• Set up and maintain policy files, loss runs, and experience mod worksheets.
• Support premium audits by gathering payroll data and preparing audit worksheets.
• Prepare and process certificates of insurance and policyholder correspondence.
• Handle general office administration: mail, scanning, filing, and misc. admin.
• Support sales staff with WC related tasks only.
