Job summary

CRC Group in Flower Mound, TX seeks a Policy Service Representative to deliver exemplary customer service in a fast-paced underwriting support role. You will process policy changes, renewals, and inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in insurance operations, strong data entry skills, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities. Auto insurance knowledge is a plus. CRC Group offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 or more years of experience in insurance operations, policy servicing, or a related administrative role.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Auto insurance knowledge (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements in accordance with company guidelines.
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness before submission or policy issuance.
• Maintain policy records and documentation in system databases accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to inquiries from agents, brokers, and internal teams regarding policy status or documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to ensure policy servicing aligns with underwriting intent.
• Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and correspondence related to policy servicing activities.
• Ensure adherence to company policy, regulatory requirements, and service-level agreements.
