Job summary

Fred Loya Insurance Agency in Texas is seeking a full-time customer service representative to provide courteous service to policyholders and internal teams. You will answer policy questions, accept payments, process transactions, and identify policy needs.

You will also follow up on quotes, renewals, and cancellations, participate in marketing initiatives as needed, and maintain a clean, organized office. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and state licensing will be required.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional, courteous service to internal and external customers
• Answers any questions regarding customer's policy
• Accept payments and process transactions
• Identify any potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy
• Follow up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations
• Involved with marketing initiatives for new business development on an as-needed basis
• Maintain a neat and clean work area and office
• FNOL's (vehicle inspections)
• Position is full time
• Other duties as assigned
