Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 1+ year of experience in Trust & Safety, Operations, Content Moderation, or Incident Management.
Willingness to work flexible shifts and on-call rotation including holidays.
Experience handling online investigations, escalations, or policy-related operations.

Responsibilities

Review, investigate, and resolve USDS JV escalations with high accuracy and speed across channels.
Provide real-time summaries for cross-functional partners on ongoing and resolved escalations.
Collaborate with Legal, PR, and Comms to support external communications reflecting TikTok's response.
Handle escalations and ambiguous cases with SME support to reach timely resolutions.
Work with content that may include sensitive material (child exploitation, graphic violence, self-harm, etc.).
