Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in psychology, marketing, behavioral economics, decision science, organizational behavior, or related field.
• Experience conducting interviews and survey research, data analysis, and randomized survey experiments.
• Strong data visualization and econometric skills; proficiency in STATA, R, or SPS.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the research effort.
• Plan, conduct, and analyze semi-structured interviews.
• Prepare, clean, and analyze interview and survey data.
• Contribute to preparing journal articles and present results at conferences and stakeholder events.
• Assist with preparation of reports, manuscripts and other documents.
• Maintain technical and administrative support for a research project.
• Maintain data and/or specimens; conduct literature reviews.
• Assist with study protocols, data collection tools, and building databases.
• Collaborate with students and lab staff under the PI direction.
