Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work across the full data pipeline from problem identification to implementation and organizational adoption.
• Develop data infrastructure, governance, and standardized metrics.
• Analyze and visualize data with dashboards in Tableau and Power BI, and build automated reports.
• Deploy AI and machine learning models and platforms to inform policy decisions.
• Drive process improvements, including intake systems and workflow automation.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations, programs, and operational changes.
