Job summary

University of California, San Francisco (UCSF)–SFGH JJBH research team is seeking an Administrative Assistant to coordinate grants, support program operations, and assist with policy planning. You will work under the supervision of the JJBH Supervisor and collaborate with Dr.

Marina Tolou-Shams and partners to advance behavioral health research initiatives. The role involves administrative duties, data handling, and potential peer navigation support for digital health tools as part of JJBH

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum one year experience required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support JJBH research grants, programs, and related initiatives.
• Support analytical studies on policies, projects, and issues for research initiatives and program operations.
• Assist with policy and program planning, development, administration, management, and implementation.
• Provide consultative support to department administrators and other stakeholders; may assist with peer navigation related to digital health applications.
