Job summary

BCC is seeking a Policy Records Administrator to ensure accurate policyholder and bank information for bank-owned life insurance (BOLI) accounts and to process death claims.

This role collaborates with banks, state vital records offices, and diverse insurance carriers, each with unique forms and requirements, to update policy details and manage death claims, ensuring seamless administration and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, PDFs, SharePoint, SharePoint Lists, and Salesforce.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for multi-carrier policy updates and death claim processing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and data verification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with policy owners and multiple carriers to update policyholder details.
• Manage death claims by collecting, verifying, and submitting documentation to carriers.
• Maintain accurate policy records across diverse carriers.
• Review and validate policy documentation and death claim forms for accuracy.
• Communicate with carriers to confirm requirements and updates.
• Use internal systems to track policy updates and death claims across carriers.
