Job summary

Baltimore City seeks a qualified professional for the Mayor’s Office of Homeless Services (MOHS) to coordinate Continuum of Care (CoC) activities, analyze performance, and prepare grant proposals. You will collaborate with city staff and community partners to ensure compliance with federal and state homeless grants and to promote accountability.

The role requires strong leadership, data analysis, and excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in housing and homelessness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public policy, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Social Work or related field.
• Three (3) years’ experience in the human services and / or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Equivalency Notes: Have an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact with the Continuum of Care (CoC).
• Provides intensive support and information to CoC committees and work groups.
• Conducts analysis of data and best practices to create reports and recommendations.
