Job summary

Baltimore City is seeking a Deputy Director for the Mayor’s Office of Homeless Services to lead advocacy, policy development, and program oversight. This role interfaces with City Council, federal partners, and Continuum of Care to ensure funding and services align with MOHS goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute MOHS advocacy agenda with the Agency Director.
• Oversee managers of Emergency Services, Programs, and Partnerships & Policy.
• Act as MOHS point of contact for City Council, federal government, and CoC.
• Maintain relationships with officials, agencies, and community partners.
• Monitor program budgets and fund allocations; supervise reporting.
