Responsibilities

• Collaborate with RAMP team to create custom service plans.
• Act as SME of BIN processes and systems.
• Create and review first notice of injury reports with RESOLUTION Specialists.
• Provide technical underwriting support through policy issuance and endorsements.
• Manage regulatory challenges for RESOLUTION and UW operations.
• Ensure state regulations and annual filings are completed.
• Route incoming communications to the right contacts.
• Design repeatable processes and procedures for client accounts.
• Serve as primary contact for external customer questions (policy and claims).
