Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ customer service experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office; ability to learn BI tools.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and multitask.
• Excellent teamwork and communication with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• New/Renewal Client Onboarding and walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with RAMP team to create service plans.
• Act as subject matter expert of BIN processes and systems.
• Create/review first notice of injury and coordinate with RESOLUTION.
• Provide technical support to underwriting during issuance and endorsements.
• Manage regulatory challenges for RESOLUTION and UW operations.
• Ensure state regulations and annual filings are completed.
• Route incoming communications to the correct contacts.
• Design repeatable processes for client accounts.
• Serve as primary contact for external policy and claims questions.
