Role Overview

The Reality Labs Developer Success team plays a critical role in connecting Mixed Reality developers with consumers seeking innovative and immersive experiences. As Meta’s Horizon platform grows, we seek experienced individuals to scale our Integrity review operations. The role involves conducting complex app reviews & investigations, and improving operations and workflows through collaboration with global vendors and stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing escalations, data analysis, policy enforcement, and strategic improvements in content safety.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce policies across Mixed Reality App Review workflows, ensuring compliance with Meta’s standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to develop solutions like machine learning enhancements.
• Analyze content trends, develop strategies, and inform policy updates to mitigate harmful content.
• Conduct escalated app reviews (~20% of role).
• Provide updates to executives on operations and initiatives.
• Respond swiftly to escalations, utilizing data-driven insights.
• Use SQL and spreadsheet tools for data analysis and strategic decision-making.
• Manage projects, working with internal and external partners to improve workflows.
• Ensure vendor compliance with policies and review processes.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years in policy, trust, and safety operations at scale.
• Experience managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Partnering with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Documenting complex bugs and reproduction steps.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Operations, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience in app review or trust and safety operations within tech industry.
