Job summary

Spotify Trust & Safety seeks a Policy Support Specialist to bolster ads and monetization policy enforcement across review and podcast monetization. You’ll partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve escalations, improve workflows, and support policy updates.

You’ll analyze data, coordinate with Policy, Product, Legal, and Communications, and participate in on-call coverage as needed. Fluency in English is required; experience with Salesforce/SQL is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an operations role supporting ad review, content moderation, policy enforcement.
• Experience developing new workflows, improving processes, and turning challenges into solutions.
• Clear communication; ability to simplify complex information for stakeholders.
• Ability to work with cross-functional partners and manage competing priorities.
• Strong analytical skills using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and ambiguity.
• Comfort reviewing sensitive content as part of the role.
• Fluent in English; experience with external vendors or Salesforce/SQL/AI tools is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on ads and monetization policies and enforcement workflows.
• Support vendor and operations teams with enforcement guidance, training, and quality initiatives.
• Collaborate to improve efficiency through process/tooling improvements addressing root causes.
• Analyze data to identify patterns, monitor trends, and inform strategies.
• Triage and resolve high-profile escalations, communicating with Sales and advertisers.
• Work with Policy, Product, Legal, and Communications on workflows and launches.
• Occasional weekend/holiday on-call coverage and travel when needed.
