Job summary

Spotify is seeking a Policy Support Specialist to support Ads & Monetization Operations. You will help enforce monetization policies, resolve escalations, and improve workflows across ad review and podcast monetization.

You will partner with internal teams and vendors, analyze data, and contribute to training and quality programs, while occasionally covering on‑call shifts and travel as needed. Fluency in English is required, with experience using Salesforce, SQL, or AI tools considered a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an operations role supporting ad review, content moderation, policy enforcement, or a related area.
• Experience developing new workflows, improving processes, and turning operational challenges into practical solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Spotify’s ads and monetization policies and enforcement workflows.
• Support vendor and operations teams with enforcement guidance, training, quality initiatives, and change management.
• Partner across teams to improve operational efficiency and quality through process improvements, tooling enhancements, and root-cause solutions.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns, monitor trends, and inform operational strategies.
• Monitor, triage, and resolve high-profile or time-sensitive escalations, communicating with Sales, advertisers, and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Policy, Product, Legal, and Communications teams to develop workflows and support new policies, products, and launches.
• Participate in occasional weekend or holiday on‑call coverage and travel when needed.
