Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public policy, economic development, or energy-related fields is required
• 5+ years of energy policy experience supporting business needs
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and coordinating deliverables across teams
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic policy initiatives
• Ability to work with large cross-functional groups including technical teams

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of cross-functional policy initiatives related to data center infrastructure, energy, and economic development
• Track energy and data center infrastructure legislation across US States and Federal level
• Collaborate with internal teams, trade associations and external consultants to identify policy issues impacting data center operations
• Support policy and engagement strategies informed by research and public opinion
• Facilitate alignment across internal and external partners, including trade associations
• Prepare summary documents and memos on infrastructure and energy policies for external engagement
• Assist with tax and trade policy issues as needed
