Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• 12+ years of local/state public policy experience required.
• Experience managing teams or senior contributors.
• Experience with the political process and local/state stakeholders.
• Knowledge of technology, infrastructure, data centers, and economic development policy.
• Experience cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven track record creating advocacy campaigns for local/state goals.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of regional local policy managers and set priorities.
• Build and execute a national local government affairs strategy.
• Engage directly with local policymakers to advance data center infrastructure and permitting.
• Monitor political environment and identify opportunities to benefit Meta and communities.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure and Data Center teams on site development timelines.
