Qualifications

• 5+ years of energy policy experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and coordinating deliverables.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
• Ability to work with large cross-functional groups, including technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional policy initiatives related to data center infrastructure, energy, and economic development.
• Track energy and data center infrastructure legislation across US states and federal level, manage reviews and consolidate feedback.
• Partner with internal teams, trade associations, and external consultants to identify policy issues affecting data center operations.
• Support policy engagement strategies informed by business needs and public opinion.
• Facilitate alignment across internal teams and external partners, including trade associations.
• Prepare summaries and memos on infrastructure and energy policies to support external engagement.
• Support other policy issues such as tax and trade as needed.
