Description

As a Policy Specialist, you work on tasks within the scope of a policy launch, implementation, execution, or cross-functional work project that has meaningful impact with direct supervision. You address day‑to‑day policy issues by following existing protocols. You exchange information and knowledge with your immediate team or functional area. You develop an understanding of policy development and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Work within a team to support the development and launch products, features and/or processes that promote user trust and uphold our policies with direct guidance.
• Resolve policy escalations from start to finish, with direct guidance.
• Language fluency
