The Department of Social Services in Pierre, South Dakota, is offering a Summer Policy Intern position (May - August) with South Dakota Medicaid. The interns will gain hands-on experience helping run one of the state's largest healthcare programs and insurers.

Responsibilities include researching coverage of medical services, analyzing claims data to inform recommendations, developing marketing materials, identifying innovative practices, and supporting the Division of Medical Services on

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a part-time/full-time student at a college, university, or technical institute at the time they apply.
• By the start of the internship, the student should have completed one year (nine months) of their chosen program.

Responsabilités
