Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 1-3 years relevant work experience.
Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with ability to comprehend, interpret and draft policy language.
Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and execute multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Execute coverage initiatives that drive growth and strengthen PURE's competitive position.
Monitor countrywide legislative changes and recommend any coverage impact of those changes.
Analyze existing coverage and execute approved changes from filing through systems implementation.
Maintain knowledge of competitor actions and industry developments to drive coverage innovation.
Create system specifications for coverage and form changes within the policy management system.
