Job summary

The NYC Campaign Finance Board is seeking an Executive Program Manager to lead policy implementation and cross‑agency coordination in New York City. You will supervise the Policy Analysts, coordinate governance, and translate policy decisions into concrete operational changes across the agency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum five years in public policy, policy analysis, or program evaluation.
• Minimum of three years supervising staff and managing cross‑functional projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to develop policy implementation plans and monitor progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead policy process management, governance, documentation, and cross‑divisional coordination.
• Oversee intake, tracking, prioritization, and documentation of policy issues and implementations.
• Facilitate governance meetings, working groups, and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate internal policy management and publication of guidance in plain language.
• Oversee policy analyses, implementation plans, and monitoring across divisions.
• Develop tools, templates, and resources to improve policy development and execution.
• Supervise, coach, and develop Policy Analysts; represent the division in meetings.
