Qualifications

• Understanding of barriers to participation in local democracy.
• Familiarity with public sector or nonprofit environments.
• Ability to translate complex information into accessible language.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with data-driven analysis and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Curate problem-solving methods and approaches in a central repository to support a community of practice.
• Conduct research, data collection, and strategic analysis of data to identify new innovations and processes.
• Organize and support stakeholder workshops, meetings and interviews to surface opportunities and prioritize ideas.
• Document and analyze current practices and workflows; draft redesigned workflows and SOPs.
• Maintain a repository of process maps and redesigned workflows in updated SOPs.
• Draft communications to build consensus and motivation across teams adopting new processes.
