Terros Health is seeking a policy and compliance professional to draft, revise, and manage policies and procedures across the organization. The role emphasizes maintaining a centralized policy repository, ensuring consistent voice and format, and monitoring regulatory changes.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in policy development, compliance, or documentation management, plus strong writing and project coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in policy development, compliance, or documentation management.
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., CARF, HRSA, OSHA, CMS).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Draft, revise, and format policies and procedures in collaboration with department leads.
• Ensure consistent voice, tone, and format for all policies and procedures.
• Implement and maintain a centralized repository of current policies and ensure version control.
• Monitor changes in regulations and standards and update policies accordingly.
• Coordinate policy review cycles and facilitate stakeholder feedback.
• Support audits and compliance reviews with documentation and policy interpretation.
