The position requires a TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and a decade of relevant experience, including DoD work, with on-site responsibilities at ACC and HAF/A10. Security and readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Ten years of experience in the technical/professional discipline, including five years of DoD experience.
• Preferred: TS/SCI clearance.
• Preferred: Master's degree; eight years of DoD experience.

Responsibilities

• Policy formulation and dissemination on treaty negotiations, implementation, and compliance.
• Provide technical expertise for treaty implementation and compliance activities.
• Plan and support annual programming and budgeting for treaty-related activities.
• Input notifications and data into the ACES system.
• Plan, schedule, and manage exercises and inspections within the AOR.
• Develop and update training materials for Air Combat Command.
• Review acquisition programs for treaty impacts and compliance.
• Produce formal treaty analyses and recommendations.
• Support conferences, workshops, and after-action reporting.
• Represent ACC equities in interagency forums and liaison activities.
