Job summary

Apogee Engineering, LLC invites a Policy Analyst (Air Forces Central Command) to support HAF/A10 with arms control expertise. This full-time, on-site role at Shaw Air Force Base, Sumter, SC entails policy formulation, compliance, and liaison across interagency forums.

The candidate will develop training materials, assist in budgeting, and provide analysis on treaty negotiations and implementation, requiring a TS clearance and a decade of DoD experience.

Qualifications

• Citizenship: US citizen.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Ten years of experience in the technical/professional discipline; five years in DoD.

Responsibilities

• Policy formulation and dissemination; liaise between AFCC, HAF, DoW and interagency forums.
• Provide technical expertise on treaty implementation and compliance activities.
• Support annual programming and budgeting submissions for AFCC treaty-related activities.
• Input notifications and data into the ACES system.
• Plan and manage annual exercise events within the AFCC AOR.
• Develop AFCC-unique training materials and maintain change logs.
• Review program acquisitions for treaty compliance and advise PEOs/SPOs.
• Produce treaty analysis papers, impact assessments, and recommendations.
• Provide logistical support for AFCC conferences and meetings; prepare after-action reports.
