Job summary

Apogee Engineering, LLC is seeking a Policy Analyst to support USAFE policy formulation, implementation, and compliance. The role is based at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA and requires proactive liaison with interagency partners and DoD components.

The candidate will provide full-time arms control subject-matter expertise for HAF/A10, drive training materials, and contribute to programmatic planning. A TS clearance and 10 years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Citizenship: US citizen required.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• Bachelor's degree minimum; advanced degree preferred.
• Ten years in a technical/professional field; five years of DoD experience included.

Responsibilities

• Policy formulation and dissemination; advise on treaty negotiations and compliance.
• Support USAFE treaty-related activities; input data into ACES.
• Plan, schedule, and support exercises and inspections in USAFE AOR.
• Develop USAFE-specific training materials and updates.
• Review acquisition programs for treaty compliance and impacts.
• Produce formal treaty analysis papers and impact assessments.
• Provide event materials and management for conferences and meetings.
• Liaise with USAFE and interagency forums to represent equities.
