  • Experience with policy development and writing.

Responsibilities

  • Researches, analyzes, drafts, reviews, and revises Department policies and procedures.
  • Independently manages assigned policy projects from research to implementation.
  • Conducts research regarding applicable laws, regulations, AOIC standards, and court requirements.
  • Translates technical information into clear, actionable department policies.
  • Maintains documentation of policy research, stakeholder input, revisions, and decisions.
  • Collaborates with leadership, legal, HR, labor relations, AOIC, and stakeholders to ensure policy accuracy.
