Job summary

Bachelor’s degree required; two years of related experience or equivalent combination.
Experience involving juvenile justice, behavioral health, or related fields preferred.
Residence in Illinois within 90 days of hire; background checks required.

Responsibilities

Supports quality, consistency, and effectiveness of services for youth and families.
Applies evidence-based practices and quality improvement to evaluate and strengthen practice.
Collaborates with supervisors, probation officers, and staff to identify opportunities for improvement.
Provides consultation, coaching, and technical assistance within assigned scope.
Develops tools, standards, implementation guides, and review instruments.
Monitors data and fidelity to inform improvement strategies.
