Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Two years of professional experience in human resources, personnel administration, employee services, recruitment, benefits or leave administration, or related work.
Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the administration of FMLA, ADA, PWFA and other leave and accommodation processes.
Monitor deadlines, maintain required documentation, and communicate with employees, supervisors, healthcare providers, and County HR.
Coordinate employment verifications and respond to routine personnel inquiries.
Maintain confidential personnel files, records, and HR databases in accordance with laws and County policies.
Coordinate recruitment activities including posting vacancies, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and preparing hiring documentation.
Assist with new employee onboarding, orientation, and completion of employment documentation.
Coordinate pre-employment requirements including background checks and credentialing.
