Job summary

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Public Administration (MPA), Public Policy, Criminal Justice, or Human Services field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the human services field; preferred with adults in criminal justice or court operations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and monitor court operations to meet project goals.
  • Assist the Director of Problem-Solving with daily operations and grant management.
  • Collect data for the project and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Coordinate interagency and community partnerships to expand treatment services.
  • Attend court staffings and status calls; maintain program participant databases.
