Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years in systems analysis for policing or municipal applications.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users and develop clear docs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and implement tech solutions for police department processes.
• Develop and deliver end-user training for business systems.
• Provide daily support for police tech apps and coordinate with IT and vendors.
• Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, and change communications.
• Research trends and assist with software/hardware procurement and upgrades.
• Serve as liaison between users, City IT, and other departments.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs.
