Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business needs and implement tech solutions for police department processes.
  • Develop and deliver end-user training for business systems.
  • Provide daily support for police tech apps and coordinate with IT and vendors.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, and change communications.
  • Research trends and assist with software/hardware procurement and upgrades.
  • Serve as liaison between users, City IT, and other departments.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs.
