• Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, and workflow diagrams; ensure documentation reflects system updates.
• Research trends and advise on software/hardware needs; assist with procurement and testing.
• Serve as liaison between City IT and other departments; coordinate upgrades and testing.
• Use analytical skills to study data, identify improvement opportunities, and enhance processes.
