Job summary

The City of Peoria is seeking a Management Analyst to join the Development and Engineering Department. The role involves professional, analytical, and administrative duties in support of utility license and franchise agreements, intergovernmental agreements, and other contractual arrangements.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, tracking terms and milestones, coordinating with partners, preparing reports, and performing policy analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (any field) or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years related experience.
• Working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment, and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, and/or Permitting Software.

Responsibilities

• Support city utilities license and franchise agreements and intergovernmental agreements.
• Maintain agreement records, track terms, obligations, and key dates.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
• Prepare reports and conduct project and policy analysis.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to teammates.
