• Supervisory-ranked police officer position responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, and supervising departmental personnel, activities, and resources at shift level.
• Provides first-line supervision of patrol personnel, ensures compliance with Department policies and procedures, provides leadership and officer development through coaching and mentoring, and serves as a supervisor during routine, emergency, and critical incidents.

Responsabilidades

• Rotating shift assignments, including day and night shifts.
• Work schedules may include weekends, holidays, overtime, emergency response, and call-back status as necessary to meet Department operational needs.
