Qualifications

• Minimum two years of grant administration experience.
• At least four years of professional financial management and budgeting experience.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative functions of the Little Rock Police Department payroll.
• Prepare and monitor the annual operating and capital budgets.
• Administer grants, special funds, and project budgets.
• Oversee financial compliance with laws and regulations.
• Supervise assigned staff including payroll and accounting clerks.
