Job summary

This is an at-will, exempt, non-classified position within a civilian executive team; duties include budgeting, grants, asset management, reporting, and coordination with City management.

Qualifications

• Education: The equivalent of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major work in public or business administration or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of Administrative Services Division units, including accounting, payroll, technology, fleet, grants, and facilities management.
• Supervise budgeting, fiscal control, accounting, purchasing, grant administration and reporting.
• Prepare and supervise technical and administrative reports; monitor financial reporting and budget variances.
